Senator Angel Santos of Guam

We are proud to have created a custom life-size bronze statue of the late Guam Senator Angel Santos, a United States Air Force veteran and an icon of Chamorro activism. The statue now stands at the Santos Memorial Park in Hag? in Guam, a  park formerly known as "Latte Stone Park" until it was renamed in honor of the late senator.  The unveiling of the bronze statue was covered by the Guam media

Athena was an ancient Greek goddess of war.  A customer wanted a Custom Marble reproduction of original museum Athena statue so we made one for him.  The below sequence of images shows the original museum statue of Athena and the process of recreating its reproduction in white marble

The making of custom bronze sculpture

1) The process begins with re-sculpting the sculpture model in clay.  2) When the model is completed we send you pictures of the progress.   3) Once approved we create a mold of the completed clay model.  4) Finally, we use this mold to cast the bronze using the lost wax method.  The below example is of a Custom Bronze Sculpture reproduction we made of a life-size Trojan warrior made exactly per client's specific request

Hydria with Herakles

HAND-CRAFTED AND HAND PAINTED BEAUTIFUL Replica from an original ancient Greek Vase TYPE: HYDRIA Musem Replica Ketos of Troy Hydria. This vase is a replica of one found at the Etruscan colony of Caere, and is therefore known as a Caeretan black figure hydria. The original was created between 530-520 b.c., and is kept in the Niarchos Collection, in Athens, Greece. The main scene shows Hercules (Herakles) fighting the sea monster (ketos) of Troy. The sea monster on the vase is shark-like, with a spiney back and long tail. Around the ketos are other sea creatures: a seal, dolphins, an octopus. The ketos was sent by Poseidon, god of the sea, to terrorize the people of Troy. To be rid of the beast, the king's daughter had to be sacrificed. So King Laomedon chained his daughter Hesione to the cliff by the sea. Hercules rescued her by killing the ketos with a fish hook, visible in his hand.The reverse of the vase shows some hunting symbols: eagles chasing a hare. The foot and shoulder design are done in typical, bright, Caeretan style.

Sculptor François Pompon (French, 1855-1933), who spent fifteen years as a stone carver in the studio of Auguste Rodin, won critical success for his plaster model of this polar bear. He subsequently made a number of replicas of the sculpture in various sizes and media, one of which is in the Museum's collection. Our reproduction is cast from a direct mold of the original.
